Some of the forms that appear in the Action Properties appear with a white background, while some appear with a light yellow background color.

The distinction is significant and deals with the contents that are entered in the entry forms.
The genera rule of thumb is:
| • | In White background entry forms the properties entered are either pure text that is interpreted and used in 'as is' basis from the application or expressions (inside % marks) that contain variables which are evaluated by the application when the job runs. |
| • | In the Yellow background entry forms the contents are variables that, for example, will hold a specific result of the action or will play a specific role in the job, and are entered without enclosing them in % signs. |
